Petroglyph National Monument is hosting a bi-national
workshop between September 19 and 21-- titled “Set in
Stone”? The workshop is free, except for a $10 fee to
cover lunch and the bus to Petroglyph National
Monument for the field trip. The workshop will include
Mexican speakers who will discuss the problems in
managing sites in Mexico. There are also a number of
US speakers who will talk about topics like rock art
conservation and  management of sites. Evening
lecture are by Jean Clottes and Polly Schaafsma. The
workshop is open to interested individuals. To learn
