Hola a todos en este sábado soleado.

Esta madrugada me dí a la tarea de escuchar el cd de MADREDEUS , el cd
de inéditos - es un disco doble-.

Voy a compartirles unas breves opiniones ya que para mí es difícil
opinar de forma más extensa y/o contundente después de las etapas por
las que el grupo ha pasado. Creo que tendría que escucharlo más y más
y también verles en vivo.

Bien, hay que recordar que esta es una tercera etapa del grupo (tal y
como lo platicábamos Rita y yo hace un par de semanas)
Madredeus en su comienzo
Madredeus con José P , Fndo J, Carlos M
Madredeus y la Banda Cósmica

De "madredeus" sólo quedan dos miembros: Pedro y Carlos, si lo vemos
tal cual y hasta de forma rigurosa. De hecho en Portugal algunos han
dicho que es casi casi "Pedro y su banda". No me gusta tanto pensar
así. Para mí es Madredeus como un todo, un concepto que a bien tuvo
Pedro en crear.

En este cd de temas inéditos comenzamos con un tema instrumental:
1) Vou (largo navío) de Carlos María

2)un tema que desde que salió el cd y pude escuchar algo por
internet , me encantó : "O Eclipse (habitas no meu pensamento)" -
Podemos escuchar dos voces: la de Rita Damásio y Mariana Abrunheiro.
Un tema hermoso, con una instrumentación fantástica y que me imagino
que en los conciertos toda la sala se debe de "llenar" con ese sonido.

3)"A Profecía Atlántica" - Un bello tema que por la letra , el sentido
que va cobrando el tema me recuerda al tenor de "Agora - cancao aos
novos" , "Anseio" , "Os senhores da guerra", "Os males do mundo" , "o
segredo do futuro" ... Tema de condición humana. Un lado muy emocional
de Pedro.

4)"Uma Caipirinha" - un tema muy "alegre" , movido , simpático. Del
tipo de "lá de fora" o "tarde, porfavor" por lo que dice , por ser un
tema "ligero". Musicalmente con una tendencia latina o de las islas
caribeñas. Muy bueno!!! * puede ser favorito en unos días*

5)"Um Amor assim, o que será" - Una belleza de canción, me gustó mucho
el juego de palabras y el manejo de los tiempos.

6)"Inventar (meditar no contratempo)" - Un tema muy bueno que pienso
que si es para promocionar el disco AQUI (luego me pagan la idea eh?
jeje) va a ser un suceso! Una canción pegajosa, el
estribillo: "inventar, viver mais do momento" Carlos María nos esboza
seguramente las vivencias de tantos años de viajes!

7)"Voava na noite" - me gusta la letra, la voz de Mariana Abrunheiro
le sienta bien ... lo tengo que escuchar un poco más para
comentarles.Un tema moderno,predominando la batería y guitarra
eléctrica, donde el violín también lleva una parte importante.

8)"A comunhao das vozes" - Bueno, antes que nada : Obrigada Ruca,
gracias Pedro por haber invitado a la Banda Cósmica a Ruca Rebordao -
excelente percusionista- . Gracias por el sabor y presencia del
BERIMBAU! Maravilloso. Temática parecida con Profecía do
Atlántico. "nao atingem a paz , amem o vosso igual" ... Bello tema.

9)"Danca de Outono" - Caray!!!!!!!!!!! Carlos!!! ahora sí te pasaste!
(disculpen las formas de hablar-escribir! Es culpa de la/mi emoción).
Un tema que hasta podría (de nuevo, un dinero por la idea eh? )
ponerse como soundtrack.
Danza de otoño encierra cierto secreto, un soplo.. podría ser vecino
de "wuthering heights" de Kate Bush.
Me fascinó!! " o amor que é leve nunca cai se estiver a alma acesa ..
o amor que ontem pesava já hoje me parece leve"

10)"" LISBOA DO MAR "" - DE PIE. PUNTO FINAL. DE PIE!
Gracias por el ARPA! Ana Isabel Dias: no te conozco pero ya te quiero!
Esta melodía es parte , para mí , de este compendio de canciones que
Pedro le ha escrito a Lisboa y que una servidora ya tiene juntas en un
cd. (otra idea eh?? va creciendo el cheque!! )
Rita Damásio está ESTUPENDA!!!!! Tiene un color de voz fantástico!
La letra, la música, el harpa.... el puente para finalizar; señoras ,
señores: 10! La canción perfecta que junto con "O Eclipse.." son
mis "más queridas, favoritas"
Lisboa do mar , Madredeus para muchos ha sido el soundtrack de
nuestras vidas o de parte de ellas.
Esta canción para mí lo es.
Me trae recuerdos de paseos, preciosos. De momentos lindos que no se
pueden ni deben olvidar.

"Lisboa do Mar deixas-te escolher por quem quer ficar , e depois
partir. Mora cá quem quiser " Quiero! "Nunca sei se eu voltar ao
chegar já cá estou" Pedro! cómo haces? Efectos de Lisboa. Es lo que
provoca Lisboa...lo que provoca Portugal. Lo dice una amante de
Portugal: YO!

Bello tema , *EL FAVORITO - EL CONSENTIDO *

Por cierto, puedo imaginar a Teresa cantando este tema al igual
que "danca de outono". Lo siento! Es la verdad. Coincido ,-lion heart-
era un tema para Teresa.
Rita lo hace EXCEPCIONAL , sólo que también yo lo puedo imaginar en
voz de la Salgueiro; sorry!.
El arpa..... WOW!!!!!! I´M SPEECHLESS!

11)"A estrada da montanha" ( sí, no es : a estrada do monte }
Un tema alegre, con imágenes vivas de la naturaleza. Contagioso."Ai é,
ai é, pois é , eu também quero ir nessa estrada, qual é? " El violín y
las percusiones :increíble efecto! Jorge Varrescoso a cargo del
violín. Tema alegre , con clase. Me hace viajar a Cabo Verde... por
ahí.

Coincidencias by the way! :

Así es, los amigos , el buen gusto , las ideas.. you name it ; nunca
se pueden separar. Coinciden. Esto es: Madredeus y Teresa están en la
disquera "Farol". Madredeus y Teresa tuvieron a miembros de Lusitania
Ensemble en sus producciones: Ruca Rebordao (percusiones ) , Jorge
Varrecoso (violín) (METAFONIA - LA SERENA - MATRIZ)

12)"Uma Pausa" - el tiempo de nueva cuenta. Pausa, Tarde,porfavor.
De pronto me recuerda al estilo de los 60's , de ese rock en la parte
de "Ah , dá-me só um momento" y el efecto de la guitarra eléctrica.
Pegajoso.

Bien, quizá se me escape mucho o poco.. y aún falta el segundo cd (que
ya escuché) de temas "Clásicos" de Madredeus.

Está es mi "breve" ? opinión hasta este momento del CD de INEDITOS de
MADREDEUS & A BANDA COSMICA.

Hello to all in this sunny Saturday.

This dawn I gave myself to the task of listening the cd of MADREDEUS,
the cd of unpublished themes - it is a double disk -.

I will share some brief opinions ,for me it is difficult to write in
a more extensive overwhelming manner after the stages that the group
has been. I believe that I would have to listen to it more and more
and also to see them live.

Well, it is necessary to remember that this it is a third stage of the
group (as Rita and I said when we chatted a couple of weeks ago)
Madredeus in their beginning
Madredeus with José P, Fndo J, Carlos M
Madredeus and Banda Cósmica

Of " madredeus " they are only two members: Pedro and Carlos, if we
see it in a rigorous way. In fact in Portugal some have said that it
is almost Pedro and his band". I don't like so much to think this way.
For me it is Madredeus like an everything, a concept that to well
Pedro had in creating.

In this cd of unpublished songs we begin with an instrumental one:
1) Vou (long ship) of Carlos María

2)a song that since the cd came out and I could listen something on
internet, I loved it: "O Eclipse (habitas no meu pensamento)" -
We can listen two voices: that of Rita Damásio and Mariana
Abrunheiro.
A beautiful topic, with a fantastic instrumentation and that I imagine
that in the concerts the whole room should be filled with that sound.

3)"A profecía Atlántica" - A beautiful topic that for the letter, the
sense ..the topic reminds me to the tenor of Agora - cancao aos
novos", " Anseio ", "os senhores da guerra", "os males do mundo",
or "o segredo do futuro"... Topic of human condition. Pedro's very
emotional side.

4)"Uma Caipirinha" - a very cheerful, moved, nice topic. Of the type
of "lá de fora" or "tarde, porfavor" for what it says, to be a slight
topic. Musically with a Latin tendency or of the Caribbean islands.
Very good!!!

5)"Um amor assim, o que será" - A beauty of song , I liked the game
of words and the handling of the time.

6)"Inventar (meditar no contratempo)" - A very good topic that I think
that if it is to promote the disk HERE ( pay me the idea hey? jeje) it
will be an event! A sticky song, the refrain: "inventar, viver mais do
momento" Carlos María surely sketches us what he lived on so many
years of trips!

7)Voava na noite - I like the lyrics, Mariana's voice suits very
well... I have to listen to it a little more to comment them.A modern
song,where the percussion , electric guitar has a great part. Where
the violin also has an important part.

8)"A comunhao das vozes" - Good, before anything: Obrigada Ruca, thank
you Pedro to have invited Ruca R. to the Cosmic Band -excellent
percussionist -. Thank you for the flavour and presence of the
BERIMBAU! Wonderful. Thematic: similar with "A profecía do
Atlantico". "Nao atingem a paz, amem o vosso"... Beautiful topic.

9)Danca de Outono - Caray!!!!!!!!!!! Carlos!!! adda boy!
(excuse the forms of speak-writing! blame it on my emotion).
A topic that it could be used (again, a money for the idea hey? ) as
soundtrack.
Danca do outono contains certain secret, a blow.. it could be
neighbour of "wuthering heights" of Kate Bush.
I loved it! love that "que o amor que é leve nunca cai, se estiver a
alma acesa...amor que ontem pesava, já hoje me parece leve"

10) LISOA DO MAR - ON YOUR FOOT. FINAL POINT. HANDS UP!
Thank you for the HARP! Ana Isabel Days: I don't know you but I
already love you!
This melody is part, for me, of this summary of songs that Pedro has
written to Lisbon and that I already have compiled in a cd. (another
idea hey?? ok my check is growing !!)

Rita Damásio is STUPENDOUS!!!!! she has a fantastic voice color!
The letter, the music, the harp.... the bridge to conclude; ladies,
gentlemen: 10! The perfect song that together with "O Eclipse.." they
are my more dear, favorite ones.

Lisboa do mar, Madredeus for many of us has been the soundtrack of our
lives .
This song for me it is part of that soundtrack.
It brings me memories of walks, beautiful. Of pretty moments that are
not able to neither they should be forgotten.

"Lisboa do mar deixas-te escolher por quem quer ficar, e depois
partir. Mora cá quem quiser" I Want! "Nunca sei se eu voltar ao
chegar já cá estou" Pedro! how do you make this? Effects of Lisbon.
It is what Lisbon causes ... that Portugal causes. A lover from
Portugal says it: ME!

By the way, I can imagine Teresa singing this song as well as "danca
de outono". I'm sorry! It is the truth. I agree, -lion heart - it was
a topic for Teresa.
Rita makes it EXCEPTIONAL, only that I can also imagine it in voice of
the Salgueiro; sorry!.
The harp..... WOW!!!!!! I´M SPEECHLESS!

11)A estrada da montanha (yes, it is not: estrada do monte)
A cheerful topic, with alive images of the nature. Contagious. Ai é,
ai é, pois é, eu também quero ir nessa estrada, qual é? " The violin
and the percussions :incredible effect! Jorge Varrescoso in charge of
the violin. Cheerful-happy song, with class. It makes me travel to
Cape Vert... somewhere around.

Coincidences by the way! :

they can never separate. They coincide. This is: Madredeus and Teresa

12)Uma Pausa- once again, the "time". "uma pausa" , "Tarde,porfavor".
Suddenly it reminds me to the style of the 60's, of that rock in the
part of "Ah, dá-me só um momento" and the effect of the electric
guitar. Sticky.

Well, maybe i'm forgetting a lot or a little... still I have to talk
about the second cd (that I already listened) of Classic songs of
Madredeus.

This is my brief? opinion until this moment of METAFONIA.
