The client will be training the right individual in March 2005
and this is a 1 year minimum contract.

The right talent will be doing presentations in both corporate and
nightclub environments
for wholesale and retail buyers of tequila. Talent may be working in
CA,
AZ as well as
going to national headquarters in MIAMI. Talent may travel to Mexico
to
learn about the
manufacturing of the tequila.

The right talent will be very attractive, charismatic, very
articulate,
(check your resume and email
for language errors, this will automatically disqualify you!) must
be a
fantastic public speaker and should
appear 25 to 30ish. The look must match this age range because this
is
the demographic age
range of the typical Hispanic tequila drinker that the client is
trying
to reach.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.

Lead brands tequila sales to become prevalent in the Hispanic
community.
Responsible for representing brands tequila sales as the company's
spokesperson
and ambassador in this community.

Advises customers of new or revised information on products or
merchandise such as
product availability, pricing, credit and contests or incentives

Formulates Action Plans, call on assigned accounts on a scheduled
basis.
Makes scheduled night calls with other Team Leaders and Sales
Managers.
Maintains communications with Sales Managers and Key Account Manager.

Champions the on-premise effort in winning at the point of purchase,
by
building lasting
trade relationship and working unusual hours including late nights
and
weekends.

Collaborates with multiple divisional contacts consisting of sales
team,
brand team,
channel development managers, brand marketing managers and market
development managers.

Connects with multiple external contacts including the distributor,
retailers, bartenders,
waitstaff, promotion agencies and consumers.

Provides intensive (continual) instruction to waitstaff members in
product knowledge,
promotional information and hospitality techniques that support
tequila
brand and program.

Regularly engaged at the on-premise point of purchase during
consumer
promotions and
actively observed and collects competitive intelligence.

Is the expert in understanding and presenting the history, consumer
positioning,
competitive comparisons, marketing guidelines and points of strength
(proposition,
features & benefits) for the tequila portfolio.

Instructs and embraces waitstaff training in product knowledge,
promotional information,
and hospitality techniques that support tequila brand and programs.

In depth knowledge of features and benefits of supplier products and
programs compared to
competition. Develop positive customer relations calling on all
assigned
accounts on a scheduled basis.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree
preferred. OR one to two years related experience and/or training;
OR equivalent combination of education and promotional, sales or
customer service experience.

Previous sales, promotional, customer service or merchandising
experience is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as very
strong
interpersonal skills
are required.

The ability to work independently is a must. Must be able and
willing to
travel.
Ability to establish and manage priorities is a must. PC literate
within
a Windows
environment, especially with spreadsheet and word processing
programs is
required. Power Point
experience is a plus but not required.

The employee must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds. The
employee
must occasionally
lift and move up to 100 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in
outside weather
conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and humid
conditions, extreme cold
and extreme heat.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.


LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret Spanish language and English language
documents
such as safety rules, business periodicals, professional journals,
governmental regulations
and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, procedure manuals
and
correspondence.
Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups
of
customers, clients,
managers or employees.


MATHEMATICAL SKILL:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts,
interest,
commissions,
proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS:
commercial Drivers License - Class A (can be attained at later date)
Must at least have a current State of California Driver's License (C
Class) (with less than (6) six points)
Negative reading on a drug screen


Bilingual is mandatory.
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR FULL TIME WORK FROM APRIL THROUGH DECEMBER.
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR TRAVEL.
MUST BE MINIMUM 21.
