When looking at the complete MIT OCW Course List
<http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/Global/all-courses.htm> , look for the red NEW to
indicate materials published this past Fall. MIT OCW will publish 150 new,
and 75 more updated courses, in Spring 2006.
2. Email Newsletter User Survey
----------------------------------------------------------------
The MIT OpenCourseWare Update email newsletter
<http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/ocw-mail> was launched in January
2003 with an initial subscriber list of 4000 MIT OCW users.
That initial subscriber base has grown to more than 37,000 users all across
the globe, and continues to grow each month. Now, three years after it was
launched, we are developing the next iteration of the newsletter that we
hope will better meet the needs of our users. Thus, in January 2006, we will
implement a simple and voluntary online survey that will explore user
satisfaction with the content, design, and delivery of this newsletter.
Look for a link to the online survey in your email inbox in early January
2006. Your participation, while not required, will be tremendously valuable
as we evolve this newsletter to better suit the needs of our global network
of subscribers.
3. ParisTech OCW
----------------------------------------------------------------
ParisTech <http://www.paristech.org/anglais/index.html> is a collective
entity that includes 11 of the most prestigious engineering schools in
France. Each of its member institutions is known as the best in France in
its own field. The research and teaching at the 11 institutions is
complementary and cover virtually all sectors of the various engineering
sciences.
So it is with great excitement that we announce the launch of the ParisTech
OpenCourseWare project
