If you're thinking of buying a house or refinancing, this Mercury News
articles could be pretty useful. It turns out that Latinos receive the
highest interest rates among Whites, Asians, Blacks and Native Americans.
This is true even when comparing by similar income levels. Good thing were
not Latinos. This may be true in your neck of the woods tambien!!!

Total Number of Loans

White 39%
Asian 36%
Latinos 14%
Black 1%
American Indian .3%


Number of High-rate loans

White 22%
Asian 16%
Latinos 47%
Black 3.8%
American Indian .8%


These figures are only for Santa Clara County, but the same study as proven
similar results in LA County.... the rest of USA??
