March 31 & April 1, 2008
This intense two-day training will include lecture, PECS manuals, demonstration,
video examples, and role-play. You will leave the workshop with an understanding of
the fundamentals and the ability to implement the six phases of PECS with children
with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or limited communication skills.

Strategies to increase communication opportunities o
The six phases of PECS and how to implement them o
Criteria for transitioning from PECS to other communication o
