en un conteo de aves acuaticas hace un par de años vimos a Anas bahamensis en la Laguna de la Mica, talvez Tati Santander o Juan Freile tengan las fechas, no tengo mi libreta conmigo!

Hoy vimos un White-cheeked Pintail <i>Anas bahamensis</ i> en Cumbayá Reservorio. El pájaro nadó junto con dos hembras Blue-winged Teal <i>Anas discors</i>. Fotos y ubicación exacta en Google-Maps aquí:

Probablemente el primer registro para Quito? Sé que ha habido más reportas en la sierra de Ecuador.

Today we saw a White-cheeked Pintail <i>Anas bahamensis</ i> at Cumbaya Reservoir. The bird swam together with two female Blue-winged Teals <i>Anas discors</i>. Photos and precise location on google-maps here:
