Dear member of the Netherlands Alumni Association (NAA), Dear ex-NFP student,

I  would like to take this opportunity to report that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has decided to finance some additional alumni activities under the Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP). In 2007 it will be possible to co-finance certain activities organised by an active NAA. Information on how to apply for co-financing for NFP alumni activities will soon be available on our website www.nuffic.nl/alumni.

One of the other planned activities for 2007 is the organisation of one or more regional alumni meetings. Together with the Netherlands Alumni Associations we would like to organize these regional meetings aimed at sharing NAA experiences and foster regional cooperation between the NAAs. In order to provide the participating NAAs with some useful knowledge and skills we suggest to include a practical element, such as a workshop or a lecture on a certain topic.

We are also exploring the possibilities to organise such a regional alumni meeting in Asia . To organise this meeting, we need your help, so therefore we contact you as the representative of an NAA.  We would appreciate it if you could summarize your experiences and views by completing the following questions. We hope this will help us to tailor the meeting to the NAA  specific needs. Please return as soon as possible your answer to us by mail.
