I just noticed that the link mentioned in the announcement still leads to information about the RC¢s in 2008. However the information for RC¢s in 2009 is already available through another link: http://www.nuffic.nl/nederlandse-organisaties/services/capacity-building/nfp/nfp-refresher-courses.

As in previous years, in the selection process preference will be given to proposals for refresher courses which have been forwarded by Netherlands Alumni Associations in one of the NFP countries.
