Good news today, we got approval to go ahead with our proposal, now we have to prepare the full proposal.
This week I will put the first draft of the full proposal together (copy and past from what we have written so far) and then send it to you for further editing. Is that OK? We have one month to complete the whole thing. How is your availability looking this month? I have no plans for travelling or holidays, so it's fine by me.

Dear all,
Again congratulations with the approval of your pre-proposal for Refresher Seminars 2008. Now it is time to develop your ideas to strong full proposals in order to get them awarded by Nuffic. The deadline is end of October, which might seem far away, but it is important to start on time as some things will always take longer then expected......Especially arranging the letters of support from your partners and assuring alumni involvement in the development and implementation of your seminar is important and therefore needs be looked at on time.
Enclosed you find the template we will use for the proposals and the excell sheet for the budget. This year we are forced to use the (lower) Nuffic tariffs, which are enclosed in the excell sheet. Make sure that under staff costs you claim the maximum amount of 25%.
Those of you who re-submit the proposal, please take into account comments given earlier and critically re-write your proposal and budget!!
This year the will be coordinated by my colleague Mishka Stuip with support from me on the background as I will be abroad in October. Please submit the full proposals before 24 October 2007 to Mishka to make sure she has enough time to evaluate and finalize the proposals. Off course draft versions are always welcome earlier to allow us to give inputs and feedback on your proposals.
